Autoschade De Kade is seeking a skilled and experienced Car Painter to join their dedicated team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles receive a flawless, factory-quality finish after body repairs. Your ability to match colors and apply coatings with precision will be essential to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust or old paint
• Mixing and applying paint in accordance with color specifications and techniques
• Using spray guns and other painting tools to achieve smooth, uniform finishes
• Conducting quality inspections and correcting any paint imperfections
• Keeping the workspace organized and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in car painting or a closely related role
• Expertise in paint mixing, color matching, and spray application
• Proficient in the use of modern painting tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physical dexterity and the ability to handle demanding tasks
• Certifications or formal training in automotive painting are preferred
