We are looking for a calm, precise, and motivated Assembly Technician who intends to stay long-term. This role requires someone who can operate independently and at full capacity from day one. The work demands high concentration and accuracy, as tolerances are within 0.5 mm, and many components are visually similar.

The position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive but critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assembling metal components onto steel frames to create complete support frames for chip-making machines.
• Ensuring accuracy with very tight tolerances.
• Using hand tools and basic measuring instruments such as calipers, rulers, and gauges.
• Performing manual operations such as tapping.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
• Conducting basic quality control to verify components meet specifications.
• Identifying and solving issues during assembly.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hand tools and fasteners (minimal use of power tools).
• Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, rulers, gauges).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (CAD experience is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to delivering zero defects.
• Comfortable with repetitive work requiring full focus and concentration.
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with quality control, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
• MBO level 4 (intermediate vocational education or equivalent).
• Driving license is preferred but not mandatory (in case of not having the DL candidate has to be ready to ride a bike – distance up to 5 km one-way).
