For a long-term industrial project in the Rotterdam area, we are currently looking for experienced Pipe Fitters (Workshop/Prefabrication). As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for: Reading and interpreting isometric drawings Assembling and tack welding pipe packages according to isometric drawings and sketches Working with different kinds of pipes, pipelines, and piping systems for industrial or shipbuilding purposes Cutting, grinding, sawing, and preparing materials using hand tools and machinery Performing tack welds (final welding is carried out by the welding department) Working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials Pictures of the required tasks can be shared to provide a clearer understanding of the work involved.
