Job Responsibilities

• Packing and repacking various items
• Placing products in boxes and palletizing them
• Assembling and collecting orders (order picking)
• Loading and unloading trucks

Job Requirements

• English communication skills (basic spoken level)
• Responsible, precise, and flexible approach to work
• Certificate of good conduct (provided/processed in the Netherlands)
• Willingness to stay long-term (minimum 3 months; shorter negotiable)
• Driving license required (drivers receive extra bonus)

The base salary for this role is between €14.40 – €14.48 gross/hour, based on experience. Additionally, employees will recieve the following shift bonuses and allowances:

19:00–00:00 ➜ +35%

00:00–06:00 ➜ +45%

06:00–07:00 ➜ +35%

Saturday ➜ +50%

Sunday ➜ +100%

Holiday pay: +8.33%

Employees get paid weekly, every Friday and safety shoes along with work clothing are provided. Work happens in three shifts, depending on the department, but most departments have no night shifts. There are also two unpaid 15-minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break.

Accommodation & Transport

• Shared housing: 2 people per room, shared kitchen and bathroom
• Cost: €138.60/week (housing) + €37.97/week (health insurance)
• Bicycle (if under 10 km)
• Company car (if over 10 km) – +€2.50/day for drivers
