D&S Process Solutions specializes in the design, construction, and installation of high-quality stainless steel process systems for the food and dairy industries. As a TIG Welder / Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of stainless steel piping systems and process installations. You will work on a variety of projects both at customer locations and in the company's workshop. This role combines precision TIG welding with pipe fitting and installation work, making it ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy technical challenges and high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and P&IDs
• Measuring, fitting, and assembling stainless steel piping systems
• TIG welding thin-wall stainless steel pipework
• Installing and assembling process equipment and piping systems
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Working independently and as part of multidisciplinary project teams
• Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum MBO (vocational) level education, preferably in a technical field
• TIG Welding Certificate Level 2 or higher
• Experience as a TIG pipe welder working with stainless steel piping
• Experience welding stainless steel pipe with wall thicknesses around 2 mm
• Experience in the food processing, dairy, or process industry
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs
• Experience with fitting and assembling piping systems
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and precision
