Are you an experienced TIG Welder with strong skills in aluminum welding and an eye for quality?

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding aluminum sheet metal parts and small constructions used for construction machinery. The work includes both serial production and one-off custom-made products. You will mainly work with aluminum materials approximately 3–4 mm thick. You will work independently from technical drawings and ensure that all welding and assembly work is completed accurately and according to the required quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assemble aluminum sheet metal parts and constructions
• TIG weld aluminum products and structures
• Work on both serial production and custom-made projects
• Read and work independently from technical drawings
• Check the quality and finish of completed welds
• Ensure accurate dimensions and a high-quality finish
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with aluminum
• Experience welding metal or steel constructions
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Able to work independently
• Flexible and accurate working attitude
• Willingness to work beyond standard 9-to-5 hours when required
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
• Quality-focused, practical, and motivated approach to work

What We Offer:

• Gross salary €20.00 per hour
• Neto salary approx. €600 net per week
• Possibility to work overtime
