Join our client, a well-established Dutch family company with over 65 years of experience in the processing and distribution of fresh produce. They are looking for a Technical Employee to ensure our modern production environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operational support of our production machinery. You will work closely with production teams in a cooled environment to keep our technical processes optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance and routine technical checks on production machines.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and solving minor technical issues as they arise.
• Operational Support: Supporting general production processes and ensuring machines operate safely.
• Reporting: Communicating technical issues and updates to the supervisor.

The salary for this role is 15,25 euros per hour (gross) with stable working hours within a growing, modern food production company. The role embodies structured shift work to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Aptitude: Technical affinity or previous experience in a similar role.
• Language: Proficiency in English at a B1 level.
• Environment: Willingness to work in a cooled warehouse (approximately 5–7°C).
• Mindset: A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
