Do you want to work for a world-famous, sweet-smelling brand? Our client is an internationally operating, family-owned bakery that produces over one billion moments of enjoyment each year—including the famous Stroopwafels, biscuits, and pastries distributed across 30 countries.

At the moment, they are looking for an accurate and efficient Packer to join our team in Scherpenzeel. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside committed colleagues in a warm, collaborative, and friendly team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Packaging: Neatly and efficiently pack freshly baked cookies and pastries into boxes according to company guidelines.
• Quality Control: Carefully check that products meet strict quality standards before they are sent to transport.
• Shipment Prep: Secure, seal, and prepare packed boxes for safe shipping to national and international retailers.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a spotless, orderly work area to ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.

The salary for the role is €16.12 gross per hour. Note that this is an opportunity for long-term cooperation and stable employment with a market leader.

Employees receive a professional white protective suit from the client to maintain hygiene standards and protect their personal clothing.

Additionally, shared accommodation is provided in Veenendaal. Your commute to the workplace (approximately 12.1 km away) will be organized via company car, either independently or sharing rides with a group of colleagues depending on your shift schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Attributes: A hands-on mindset, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work at a steady, efficient pace.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in either English or Dutch to ensure smooth communication within the team.
• Mobility: A valid category B driver's license is required, as you will commute to the bakery from the accommodation.
• Flexibility: Full availability to work a rotating 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
