Join one of our clients in the heart of the Dutch horticulture sector, specializing in fruit growing. We are looking for motivated individuals to join the seasonal team for pear picking. Work outdoors, enjoy the fresh air, and contribute to a vital part of the Netherlands’ agricultural industry.

The job lasts about 6 weeks (with the possibility of moving to another company afterward).

Responsibilities:

• Picking pears and placing them into containers
• Working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Following safety and quality guidelines

The salary for the role is €17.17 gross/hour (base rate €14.40 + 8.33% holiday allowance + 10.92% holiday days reserve).

Candidates ill work five days a week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (8 working hours + 1 unpaid break).

Shared accommodation is provided in Tilburg or Waalwijk (2 people per room, shared kitchen and bathroom).

Requirements:

• Willingness to take on seasonal horticulture work
• Physical resilience for outdoor work
• Driving license is an advantage
• Bring your own rubber boots/wellies and rain jacket (gloves provided)
