About the Role

As a Packing Employee, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of the production pipeline. Your focus will be on ensuring that all products are carefully inspected, properly handled, packaged securely, and efficiently prepared for daily commercial shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging & Labeling: Efficiently pack various fresh meat products according to customer specifications and apply correct commercial labels.
• Quality Assurance: Perform visual checks on products and packaging to maintain the company’s strict standards before distribution.
• Order Preparation: Orderly sort, pack, and stack completed goods to prepare them smoothly for final shipment.
• Hygiene Compliance: Strictly follow food safety regulations, keep your active workspace clean, and ensure cross-contamination guidelines are maintained.

The role ofers a compettivie salary of €14.95 gross per hour.and a stable, full 40-hour work week beautifully spread across just 4 working days per week (07:00 – 17:00), giving you longer consecutive rest periods.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: A solid communicative level of English (minimum B1 level) is required to understand internal safety guidelines, processing instructions, and coordinate with team members.
• Experience & Profile: Prior experience working within a production or industrial environment is a distinct advantage, though a motivated and precise approach to hands-on tasks is most vital.
• Environment Comfort: True willingness to work in a chilled food production environment where the workplace temperature is consistently kept between 7°C and 10°C.
• Hygiene Disciplines: Absolute compliance with mandatory food industry regulations, which includes wearing specialized company clothing, protective gear, and a hairnet daily.
• Accommodation: Willingness to live in a shared room and share common residential areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Partners & Shifts: Readiness to work in separate shifts and different departments if you choose to apply together with a friend or a partner.
