Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical skills and a practical approach to solving technical problems?

Our client specializes in growing and processing high-quality root vegetables. At a modern 5,000 m² production facility, vegetables are washed, polished, sorted, cut, peeled, scraped, and packaged using efficiently arranged production lines. Hygiene, food safety, and reliable machinery are essential to the operation.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside another technician and help ensure that all machinery, installations, equipment, and buildings at the client's two locations in Kraggenburg remain in excellent technical condition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, installations, equipment, and buildings
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions
• Solve mechanical problems and assist with electrical and control-system issues
• Work with colleagues to improve machine performance and reliability
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements to machines and installations
• Support maintenance activities at both locations in Kraggenburg
• Participate in troubleshooting and on-call service when required
• Occasionally work weekends when major maintenance is scheduled

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance position
• Good mechanical knowledge and practical technical skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Willing to participate in on-call/troubleshooting service
• Available for occasional weekend maintenance work
• Willing to develop your technical skills through professional training and courses
• Independent, practical, and solution-oriented attitude

What We Offer

• Gross salary €18.50 – €21.50 per hour
• Neto salary approx. €525 – €700 net per week
