For the production location in Moerdijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced MAG Welder 135 / 136 / 138 .

As a MAG Welder at ArcelorMittal Moerdijk, you will work on large and heavy steel constructions, including large pipes and sheet pile walls with lengths of up to 30 metres.

The production process uses several welding methods, including MAG 135, 136, 138 and SAW 121. For this position, we are specifically looking for an experienced MAG 135 / 136 / 138 Welder.

Your main activities will include:

• Manual welding using MAG 135, 136 and 138 processes.
• Welding heavy steel constructions with a wall thickness of approximately 16–25 mm.
• Performing multi-layer welding on thick materials.
• Working on large pipes, sheet pile walls and other heavy steel components.
• Checking your own welds and ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
• Following ArcelorMittal's strict safety and quality procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with manual MAG welding.
• Proven experience with welding processes 135, 136 and 138.
• Experience welding large and heavy steel constructions.
• Experience with material/wall thicknesses of approximately 16–25 mm.
• Experience with multi-layer welding.
• Able to work accurately and independently.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Motivated to learn and develop into an all-rounder within the company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately €600 net per week, depending on experience and based on a 40-hour working week.
