The client started in 1993 as a dough manufacturer and wholesaler for New York Pizza and has since grown into the premier dough specialist for national and international market players. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a dedicated sub-process of production—such as the production of fresh dough, frozen dough, or the packaging of frozen dough—ensuring the realization of high-quality dough products.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Production: Act as the first point of contact for team management, share knowledge and experience to elevate team skills, check product quality, and assess ingredients for freshness and shelf life.
• Material Management: Check and account for the quantities of raw materials and semi-finished products consumed, and signal defects to management immediately.
• Hygiene & Safety: Handle materials properly, strictly apply HACCP regulations, follow safety and working conditions rules, and complete BRC registration lists accurately and on time.
• Maintenance: Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance work for the workplace.

Shift Premiums & Bonuses

• Monday – Friday (00:00 – 06:00): +40%
• Saturday (00:00 – 06:00): +50%
• Saturday (06:00 – 00:00): +30%
• Sunday (All day): +50%
• Freezer Work Bonus: +€15 per day

Candidate Requirements & Preferences

• Experience: Mandatory prior experience as a machine operator.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit, motivated for lifting, standing, and warehouse work; minimum height of 1.70 m for production roles.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner

You must wear long trousers and closed shoes. No jewelry, false nails, or eyelashes are allowed in food production!
