Staalbouw Hendriks is a construction company that specializes in large carbon steel structures and smaller stainless steel constructions.

As a Construction Fitter-Welder at Staalbouw Hendriks, your daily tasks will include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings with precision
• Assembling components accurately according to drawings
• Tack welding parts into position
• Finishing welds to high-quality standards
• Setting up and maintaining your welding equipment and tools
• Verifying materials to ensure they meet the required standards
• Performing both standard and special welding tasks
• Monitoring the quality of your work and identifying any issues
• Proactively suggesting process improvements
• Supporting colleagues through individual training and guidance

Requirements

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding or fitting
• Completed welding education
• Capable of working independently
• Willingness to support and teach colleagues
• Prepared to complete a practical and theoretical skills test at our Academy in Veghel

What We Offer

• Salary of €17.50 – €20.00 gross per hour, with weekly payments including holiday allowances (net salary range €455 – €513 per week)
• Overtime compensation:
  • 128.44% for the first 2 overtime hours each weekday
  • 146.56% on holidays, Saturdays, and after the first 2 overtime hours/day
• Work clothes and personal protective equipment provided
• Housing and transportation available if needed
