Witte van Moort is seeking skilled CNC welding robot operators for immediate placement. This is an operating-only position—no manual welding is required. The ideal candidates will have several years of relevant experience, be capable of reading technical drawings, and communicate confidently in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-controlled welding robots
• Monitor machine performance and basic troubleshooting
• Work in a three-shift rotational schedule
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Read and interpret technical drawings for job setup and control

Requirements

• Several years of experience in CNC machine or welding robot operation (at least 2 years)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Driver’s license is not required (company-provided e-bike available for commute ±8 km)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
