Mogema is a leading supplier of high-precision metal components and assemblies for demanding industries such as aerospace, semiconductors, medical technology, and industrial equipment. The company specializes in machining complex, high-quality parts and offers a modern production environment with advanced CNC machinery.

Mogema is looking for an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator for 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines. You will be responsible for machining single pieces and small production series of medium to large-sized components. The machines operate with programs prepared in advance using Heidenhain, Siemens, Okuma, or Fanuc controls. Programming is not required, but you should be able to make minor program adjustments and machine corrections when necessary.

Depending on your experience and preference, you may work in either the Mid-Size Department or the Large-Size Department.

Responsibilities

• Operating 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Setting up machines and preparing them for production
• Producing single parts and small series according to technical specifications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing quality checks and measurements
• Making minor machine and program corrections when required
• Working independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Working Schedule

Large-Size Department (4-Shift System)

Three rotating shifts:

• 05:45 – 14:00
• 13:45 – 22:00
• 21:45 – 06:00

Mid-Size Department (3-Shift System)

Shift schedule according to department planning.

The final department and shift system will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

Requirements

• Experience operating 4- or 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Okuma, or Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience setting up CNC machines independently
• Programming experience is not required
• Good understanding of machining materials and tooling
• Accurate and quality-focused working attitude
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
