Due to increasing demand and a growing order portfolio, Boessenkool is looking for skilled professionals to strengthen the team.

As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will work independently during day shifts, operating large milling machines equipped with Heidenhain controls. You will be responsible for the full machining process—from programming to setup and operation. Based on technical drawings and work instructions, you will select the appropriate tools and ensure precise execution of each project.

You will also carry out quality checks and ensure all work meets the required standards and protocols.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer using Heidenhain controls
• Ability to program machines independently from start to finish
• Motivated and reliable
• Willingness to commit for a longer, stable period

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €600 – €650 net per week (based on experience, 40-hour day shift)
