We are excited to announce a new client partnership in the Ede region, and we are pleased to supply them reliable and motivated Production Workers with the future perspective to grow to Operator's role.

As a Production Worker, your tasks will include:

• Loading and unloading particle foam parts into and from machines
• Packing finished products and scanning them into the system

Requirements

• Candidates with technical background are especially welcome,
• Ready to work in 3 shifts,
• Opportunity to grow into the role of Operator

Future Perspective – Operator Role

For those who grow into the role of Operator, responsibilities include:

• Setting up and converting injection molding machines (KraussMaffei)
• Resolving minor malfunctions (mechanical/robotics)
• Monitoring machine performance and conducting quality checks
• Participating in improvement initiatives
• Assembling products directly on the production line

Work Conditions

• Work in 3 shifts (with 18.33% shift allowance)
• During summer, work will continue in 2 shifts (no night shift).
• Net weekly salary: approximately €550 (including shift allowance, excluding health insurance).
• Opportunities for higher wages for candidates with strong technical experience (to be discussed in advance).
