Schouten & Visschers is currently seeking an experienced Grinder to join their production team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual grinding tasks on a variety of metal components. The work involves repetitive operations and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure surface quality and product consistency. Occasionally, you may also carry out basic welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques. You will work in shifts as part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual grinding of both small and large metal parts
• Ensuring surface smoothness and accuracy
• Performing MIG and TIG welding on a basic level when needed
• Maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process
• Contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of the team

Job Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in grinding
• Ability to perform repetitive manual grinding work with precision
• Basic knowledge and practical experience in MIG and TIG welding
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
• Proactive attitude and motivation to maintain high-quality standards
