AB Werkt is currently looking for motivated and experienced flexible workers to join various greenhouse teams across the Netherlands. 

As a greenhouse worker, you'll support different agricultural companies with tasks related to crop care, harvesting, and occasional packaging. 

This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic greenhouse environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planting: Crawling between rows to plant crops; knee pads are provided for comfort.
• Crop Care: Responsible for tasks such as weeding and watering crops, both at ground level and on raised platforms.
• Harvesting: Picking ripe vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, bell peppers) with attention to quality and care.
• Packing and Sorting (Occasional): Assisting with the packing and sorting of harvested products for delivery and distribution.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in agriculture or greenhouse work
• Language Skills: A2-B1 English, German, or Dutch
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions 
• Commitment: Willingness to work for the full season (November).
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain good personal hygiene (no long nails).

The salary for these positions is €14,06 with full-time work (36-45 hours per week), with possible weekend work, especially on Saturdays.
