We are looking for motivated Wood Production & Prefab Workers for several established companies in the Netherlands. The positions are mainly suitable for candidates with experience in production or assembly of wooden products or structures, such as wooden doors and windows, sunscreens, prefab/modular houses, panels, frames or similar products.

You do not need to be an experienced carpenter, but you should be practical, comfortable working with different hand and power tools, and able to understand technical drawings or work instructions.

Depending on your experience and the company, we will help find a position that best matches your skills.

Your work can include:

• Assembling wooden parts and components
• Producing wooden doors, windows, frames, panels or prefab building elements
• Measuring and preparing materials
• Sawing, drilling, sanding and finishing wood
• Using different hand tools and power tools
• Building prefab walls, roofs, floors or frames
• Following technical drawings and production instructions
• Checking the quality of finished products
• Preparing products for further production or shipment
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Working together with your production team

Good to know: These are production/assembly positions, so the work can be repetitive and routine. In many positions, you may perform the same or similar tasks throughout the day. For this reason, the job is especially suitable for people who are comfortable with structured production work and enjoy becoming fast and accurate at a specific task.

Requirements

We are mainly looking for candidates who:

• Have practical experience in wood production, assembly or a similar technical production environment
• Preferably have experience with products such as wooden doors/windows, sunscreens, prefab or modular houses, wooden frames or other wooden structures
• Have experience using different hand and power tools
• Can read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
• Can work accurately, independently and safely
• Are comfortable with repetitive production work
• Are physically able to perform production tasks
• Can work well as part of a team
• Are available for full-time work
• Driving license is not mandatory but highly preferred. However, candidates without a driving licence must be prepared to cycle to work, approximately 4–12 km one way, depending on the accommodation and workplace location.

What Do We Offer?

• Approximate net salary: €400–€500 per week (gross wage per h €15 – €17), depending on the position, hours and individual situation
