As a Welding Robot Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the welding robot to ensure high-quality production results.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up the welding robot according to production planning
• Mounting welding jigs
• Activating and controlling welding programs
• Monitoring welding processes and quality
• Performing manual finishing and welding adjustments after robotic welding
• Working on small batch, repetitive production series

This role offers a dynamic combination of automated welding and manual finishing tasks. It is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on technical work.

Requirements

• Vocational level 2 qualification in welding or relevant technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating welding robots or similar machinery
• Knowledge of basic welding techniques
• Ability to perform manual weld adjustments
• Comfortable with repetitive small series production
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Practical and proactive working attitude

Salary & Conditions

• €540 – €550 net per week
• Overtime possible
• No shift work (daytime schedule)
