Our client is looking for motivated and reliable warehouse professionals to join their primary logistics departments in the Eindhoven region. Depending on your skillset, experience, and interests, you will be assigned to one of our specialized departments below.

Whether you have a background in technical logistics, retail distribution, fashion, or medical supplies, we have a stable, long-term department that fits your profile.

Choose Your Department

1. Trimble (Technical Logistics & Admin)

• The Role: Sourcing inbound/outbound shipments, order picking, packing, shipping, and processing returns. You may also assist with shipping and inbound administration workflows when needed.
• Shifts: 2-Shift Rotations (06:00 – 15:00 / 10:00 – 19:00).
• Key Requirements: Experience with warehouse equipment (especially OPT) is highly preferred. Because of the required VGB clearance process, you must be willing to commit to the company for at least one year.

2. Zelus (Fashion Warehouse)

• The Role: Handling logistics for a major clothing inventory, including standard inbound, picking, packing, and shipping. A major focus of this role is performing accurate stock counting activities.
• Shifts: 1 Stable Shift (07:00 – 16:00).
• Key Requirements: This role is physically demanding; boxes can weigh more than 20 kg. All equipment certificates are highly welcome.

3. FOX (Fashion & E-Commerce Warehouse)

• The Role: Managing incoming and outgoing clothing stock where safety is the absolute highest priority. Daily tasks and priorities change frequently depending on demand.
• Shifts: Flexible hours. Current shift patterns are 06:00 – 15:00 and 08:00 – 17:00.
• Key Requirements: Heavy lifting is standard. Prior experience as an OPT driver is a strong advantage. Requires a disciplined and highly cooperative attitude.

4. Hornbach (Construction Materials & DIY Hub)

• The Role: Processing orders, labeling, packing materials, handling administrative tasks, and building large, heavy pallets for construction materials.
• Shifts: 2-Shift Rotations (06:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 00:00).
• Key Requirements: Strong focus on high productivity and target metrics. Experience with warehouse machinery is preferred.

5. Getinge (Medical Supplies Warehouse)

• The Role: General inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and Value Added Services (VAS). The Big Pack department includes more intensive physical labor and building heavy pallets.
• Shifts: 2-Shift Rotations (06:00 – 15:00 / 12:00 – 21:00).
• Key Requirements: Must be highly motivated to learn and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as EPT, Reach Trucks, and OPT.

The base pay for the role is €14.71 gross per hour. There also a 8% holiday allowance, plus extra shift allowances for evening, night, weekend, and overtime hours.

Drivers may earn an extra €2.50 per working day (up to €12.50/week) if they help drive the team. That said, there's company transportation to and from the work sites is provided completely free of charge.

SNF-standard accommodation is available in Tilburg (Dr Hub van Doorneweg).

• Language Skills: Good English communication, written and reading skills are required across all departments.
• Clearance: A clean criminal record check / Certificate of Good Conduct (no older than 6 months) is strictly required prior to arrival.
• Attitude: A positive team spirit, high reliability, and a full willingness to learn and adapt to changing daily tasks.
• Availability: Ready for long-term employment, including a willingness to work through holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, and Easter).
• Accommodation: Willingness to live in a shared room (maximum 2 people per room) and share common areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Partner Flexibility: Readiness to work in separate shifts and departments if you apply together with a partner or a friend.
