About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker, your role will keep you active and engaged. Placement is based on current operational demand, and you will be assigned to one of the following specialized departments:

• Electronics (Philips): Handling and organizing a wide range of electronic products (2 shifts). Please note: Eligible candidates must pass a mandatory English language test for this department.
• Medical: Sorting, organizing, and preparing essential medical items such as bandages, splints, and dressings (1 or 2 shifts).
• Equestrian: Managing premium horse-riding accessories and gear (1 shift).
• Industrial: Handling heavier equipment parts. This involves either moving water pumps (heavy physical work, 2 shifts) or organizing hospital bed parts (1 shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Efficiently locate and collect products using a handheld scanner.
• Packing & Shipping: Pack goods securely and prepare them for outbound global shipment.
• Data Processing: Log inventory movements and process data directly into the ERP system.
• Inbound Logistics: Assist in the physical loading and unloading of shipping containers.

The role offers a competitive base pay of €14.71 gross per hour along with 8.33% holiday allowance. You can choose to have this added directly to your weekly salary package or saved and paid out as a lump sum once a year.

Shift Allowances:

• • 19:00 – 21:00: +10% pay
  • 21:00 – 00:00: +25% pay

• • Specific hours/days: Allowances can reach up to 100% extra pay.

Travel Reimbursement: Up to €14.56 per working day if commuting.

this is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts) There are 1 or 2 shifts depending on the department, starting from 06:00.

Requirements:

• Age & Availability: Minimum 18 years old, available for 40 hours per week, and fully willing to work in 2-shift rotations.
• Language Skills: Communicative English to work safely within an international team.
• Legal Clearances: You must be able to provide a clean Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Flexibility: A positive mindset regarding changing tasks or moving departments based on daily operational needs.
