Looking for a dynamic, active, and high-paying role with one of the world's leading logistics providers? Our client is expanding its team in Tilburg and looking for motivated All-Round Warehouse Workers to join a fast-paced environment.

Everyone starts their journey in the foundational Inbound department to learn the ropes. Because this facility manages large-scale sorting, recycling, and distribution flows, your day will be filled with variety. We are looking for flexible, all-round team players who bring strong perseverance and physical stamina to the job.

Key Departmental Responsibilities

As an all-round worker, you will rotate across various specialized departments based on operational needs:

• Inbound (Starting Point): Handle the core loading and unloading of arriving trucks.
• PET Recycling Department: Monitor, maintain, and operate the PET processing machinery. You will load bags of bottles into the machine, troubleshoot minor technical glitches, and manually scan bottles missed by the automated sorter.
• The Beer Department: A physically demanding, high-energy zone. You will be responsible for sorting heavy, empty beer crates and feeding them onto the conveyor belts. Perfect for staying active and building muscle!
• CBL/EPS Sorting: Keep a sharp eye out while sorting returning green Albert Heijn crates precisely by their dimensions, sizes, and specific distribution codes.
• The Dock: Safely unload rolling transport carts from incoming trailers and marshal them efficiently to their designated dock destinations.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Minimum B1 Level English (essential for understanding crucial warehouse safety protocols and team instructions).
• Compliance: A clean criminal record document (VOG / Certificate of Good Conduct), not older than 6 months at the time of application.
• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with physically demanding work and constant movement.
• Flexibility: Eager to work an all-round schedule. The site operates 24/7; you must be willing to rotate through at least two shifts
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner

The base wage for this role is €14.94 gross per hour, but you can boost your earnings significantly with overtime (+50% on Saturdays and +100% on Sundays/Holidays).

Work takes place in the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:45 – 23:45
  • Night Shift: 21:00 – 06:00 (Breaks are 1 hour total, divided into 3 rest periods).
