Our client is looking for a proactive Team Leader to support the production team in the flower bulb export industry. In this role, you will act as a key link on the floor, coordinating activities between two production lines to ensure a smooth, efficient, and continuous workflow. You will be working alongside a diverse, multicultural team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between two production lines to maintain a steady workflow.
• Assist production line operators and monitor active production processes.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support with production machinery.
• Help maintain high-quality control standards and overall line efficiency.

The work environment is kept cool, mostly around 10°C, to preserve the quality of the flower bulbs. This role requires a flexible mindset regarding hours, with weekly workloads ranging from 32 to 48 hours depending on seasonal demand.

Apart from the base salary, the role offers the following perks and additional allowances:

• Holiday Allowance: 8.33%.
• Reserved Vacation Hours: 10.92%.

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record not older than 6 months from the home country (delivered before arrival);
• Experience: Previous warehouse or factory team-leading experience is mandatory;
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of machinery or production equipment;
• Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to work full shifts in a standing position within a cooled facility.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours during peak operational periods.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willingness to share rooms with other tenants and work in different shifts with your partner.
