Join our client's team as a Production Worker in the Citrus Department for a stable full-time job offering attractive shift and weekend allowances.

You will work within a modern production hall maintained at a cool temperature between 4°C and 7°C.

Helping your colleagues prepare fresh citrus products for customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operating sorting and packing machines.
• Sorting, checking, and packing fruit.
• Checking product quality.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Supporting the team with other production tasks when needed.

In addition to the base salary, you will also be paid the following allowances:

• Evening Hours (19:00–23:00): 125%
• Night Hours (23:00–06:00): 140%
• Overtime: 135%
• Sunday Work (08:00–16:00): 200%

This is a full-time position consisting of 38 hours per week operating on a 3-shift system:

• Morning Shift: 06:40 – 14:25
• Afternoon Shift: 14:25 – 22:10
• Night Shift: 22:10 – 06:40

Note: Weekend shifts may be required (Saturday: 07:00–15:00, Sunday: 08:00–16:00), with corresponding days off provided during the week.

Requirements

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work comfortably in a cool environment.
• Prior production experience is welcome, though not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work are the most important qualifications.
• Works great in a team but can also solve individual tasks reliably.
• Willing to share a room with other tenants
• Not having a problem with working in shifts.
