Our client in the Netherlands, BWB, is seeking a motivated and physically fit Production Line Worker to join their team in a dynamic factory environment. This is a crucial role for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Manually hanging aluminium parts onto the production line.
• Removing processed aluminium parts from the line.
• Packing finished parts carefully for further transportation.
• Handling long and heavy aluminium profiles, requiring physical strength and fitness.

• The team consists of Dutch and Polish colleagues, fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Approximately 20 colleagues per shift.

Shifts

Work is organized in three rotating shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:15
• 14:00 – 22:15
• 22:00 – 06:15

Employees are expected to cycle or walk to work. Depending on housing location, company car transport may also be available.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production work for 6 months is welcome!
• CV in English
• Good physical condition (due to heavy lifting).
• Minimum height requirement: 1.75m.
• Motivated, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to stay for the full employment period.
• No long nails (due to hygiene and safety).
• Driving license preferred (company car driver receives €2.50 per day).

Employment Conditions

• Current salary: €16.40 per hour (€14.40 + 14% shift allowance).
• After 1 year (for employees 21+ with good performance): €17.42 per hour (€15.28 + 14% shift allowance).
• Performance bonus: €250 every 3 months (based on good performance; details upon arrival).

Additional Information

• Long-term position – employees can stay as long as they like if they perform well.
• A structural contract will be offered after consistent good performance.
