The client is a full-service delivery and logistics company that goes beyond simple transport. Services include direct home delivery, in-home delivery, assembly and installation of large items (household appliances, furniture), real-time tracking, scheduled delivery windows, and two-person delivery. The Zwolle logistics hub focuses heavily on customer-oriented distribution and fulfillment.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working within a close-knit team of 10 to 15 driven colleagues with diverse backgrounds at room temperature, your daily activities include:

• Safely and efficiently sorting packages.
• Ensuring all products are properly prepared for shipment.
• Accurately and correctly storing return shipments in the right locations within the hub.
• Scanning products manually and accurately.
• Maneuvering confidently through the warehouse using an electric pallet truck.

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, approximately 38 hours per week. with afternoon and night shifts.

In addition to the gross hourly wage, employees get an 8% holiday allowance, 10% holiday days, and 17% shift allowance). This means that the estimated weekly net pay is around €460 net per week.

Requirements
