Through close collaboration with Machinefabriek Diepenmaat Neede B.V., we can also provide fully welded and machined products, ensuring precision and reliability from start to finish.

Both companies supply Alfa Tech International B.V., a subsidiary that specializes in components for asphalt mixing installations, ranging from individual parts to complete turnkey projects.

As a Welder, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality machine parts for a variety of sectors, including mechanical engineering, fairgrounds, energy, and offshore industries. Your main responsibility will be to finish weld large structural components assembled by other team members. The MAG 135 welding process is your specialty — and you can independently configure welding machines for different products.

Some projects require certified welding, and obtaining certification is fully supported. You’ll work in a dynamic, well-equipped environment alongside a friendly, experienced team where craftsmanship, quality, and development come first.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a welder, preferably in an industrial environment
• Excellent command of the MAG 135 welding process
• Ability to set up and operate welding machines independently
• Experience working under approved standards is a plus; certification is possible
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
• Flexible and solution-focused approach to work
