We are looking for a Technical Operator to join a dynamic team dedicated to producing the finest filet americain for major European supermarkets.

The Role
As a Technical Operator, you are the heartbeat of our production process. You will take full ownership of your assigned line, ensuring that our premium products are packaged perfectly and delivered to store shelves on time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Line Management: Oversee the daily operation of filling and packaging machines to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous checks to ensure every product meets HACCP and customer quality standards.
- Technical Maintenance: Identify and resolve first-line technical malfunctions. You’ll work closely with the maintenance team to learn the "ins and outs" of our machinery.
- Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to the table to help us do things a little better every single day.
The salary for the role is €15.52 gross per hour (plus a 114% shift surcharge). Additionally, emplyees get a 8% holiday allowance and a 3.25% end-of-year bonus, and 192 hours of paid vacation per year. There's also travel allowance (from 10km) and a close-knit, supportive team culture. Last but not least, there's also a favorable pension scheme and ontoing training/courses to hone your skills.
This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum commitment of one year.
Requirements
The client is looking for someone who is stress-resistant, flexible, and eager to grow within a technical environment.
- Experience: At least 1 year of demonstrable experience as a Machine or Technical Operator.
- Technical Skill: A solid understanding of complex machinery (experience with robotization is a plus!).
- Language: Fluency in English (Minimum B2 level) is mandatory for safety and communication.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in a chilled environment (-2°C) and capable of handling physical production demands.
- Compliance: A high standard for hygiene and working according to HACCP regulations.
- Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
- Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
