Do you enjoy working with your hands and seeing direct results? As an Industrial Blaster, you ensure products are fully prepared for the next stage of production. You will work with modern equipment in a safe and supportive environment where quality and teamwork are key.

In this role, you are responsible for preparing products through blasting processes, ensuring they meet the required quality standards before moving forward in production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating blasting installations
• Preparing products for further production steps
• Monitoring quality and specifications
• Performing basic maintenance on equipment
• Keeping the production process running smoothly
• Supporting production when needed

Your work directly impacts the final product, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in coating or surface treatment (required) – at least 2 years
• Forklift certificate is a plus
• Technical mindset and affinity with automation
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Team player with a proactive attitude

What We Offer

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• Gross hourly salary: €18.00 – €21.00 (+8% holiday allowance)
• Approx. €450 – €600 net per week
