Our client, Eriks Ede, is a leading company in the industrial sector specializing in precision machining and high-quality component production. They manufacture custom plastic parts for various industrial applications — focusing on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship rather than mass production.

The company operates in a modern, well-equipped workshop, using advanced CNC milling technology and CAD/CAM programming tools to deliver tailor-made solutions for demanding clients.

As a CNC Miller Programmer you will be responsible for programming and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines. You will split your time equally between programming (50%) and operating (50%) the machine. You will work in a 2-shift system that alternates weekly and handle custom, one-off or small-batch parts (no serial production).

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines independently
• Work with CAD/CAM software (Edgecam and Vectorcam)
• Produce precision plastic parts for industrial clients
• Set up machines and perform quality checks on finished products
• Work according to production schedules in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00)
• Occasionally perform overtime on Saturdays when required

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling
• Experience with Siemens controls (preference)
• Proven experience with CAD/CAM programming (Edgecam / Vectorcam)
• Knowledge of automation and precision machining
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Willingness to work in a rotating 2-shift system
