As an Automotive Electrician, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial vehicles and bodywork. You work on various types of vehicles and ensure that all electrical and electronic systems function properly. This is a technical and varied position that requires precision and strong problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installing electrical systems in vehicles and bodywork
• Detecting and resolving faults in vehicle electronics
• Performing maintenance and repair work
• Laying out and checking wiring and electrical connections
• Installing lighting, sensors, and other electrical components
• Testing systems to ensure proper operation
• Contributing to technical solutions for complex electrical faults
• Collaborating with workshop colleagues to complete projects efficiently

Job Requirements

• Preferably completed an MBO-level education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or automotive electrician
• Experience working in a body shop/car body repair environment is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics
• Technical insight and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and accurately
