Kegro Deuren is a well-established Dutch manufacturer and market leader in high-quality wooden exterior and interior doors for new construction, renovation, and transformation projects throughout the Netherlands. Founded in 1974, Kegro combines craftsmanship with modern technology, producing doors under strict quality control at its advanced facility in Groesbeek.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable employee to join the assembly department of this wood factory. The work involves general assembly tasks, focusing on the production and finishing of wooden components.

You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and finishing parts according to technical drawings and templates. This role is ideal for someone who is handy, hardworking, and eager to learn, with a background in woodworking or assembly.

Main Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble wooden components according to instructions and technical drawings
• Pre-assemble parts and semi-finished products
• Measure and inspect materials and report any deviations or malfunctions
• Perform basic finishing operations before products are approved
• Work independently and in a team, following supervisor guidance
• Maintain a clean and safe working area

Requirements

• Experience in assembly work, ideally with wood or furniture production
• Technical insight and ability to read drawings
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated attitude
• Able to work accurately and produce high-quality results

Offer

• Hourly rate: €15.40 gross (includes ATV allowance)
• Weekly net income: around €430, with potential up to €550 net with overtime
• Stable, full-time job in a modern and safe production environment
• Day shifts only: 06:00–14:45 or 07:00–15:45
• Work shoes provided
• No training required – immediate start for experienced candidates
• Support with accommodation and transport (by car)
