We are looking for an enthusiastic Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble agricultural machines and components based on technical drawings and work instructions, contributing to the delivery of high-quality end products.

As an Assembly Technician at AgXeed, you will:

• Assemble machines and components according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Install mechanical parts using tools and machinery
• Ensure all components are correctly and fully assembled
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Identify deviations and report them to your supervisor
• Work accurately following procedures and instructions
• Collaborate with colleagues in the production team
• Suggest improvements to optimize production processes
• Continue developing your technical skills through training and education

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• at least 2 years experience on similar positions (with agricultural machines/automotive/trucks etc.)
• a medium level of technical education or thinking
• technical insight and interest in mechanics and hands-on work
• ability to work with tools and machinery
• ability to read and understand technical drawings
• high attention to detail and quality
• a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Net weekly salary: €545 (based on 40 hours)
• Overtime opportunities available
• Day shifts only – evenings and weekends free
• 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
• Pension scheme via PME
• Full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract
