The clientl specializes in sorting and recovering non-ferrous metals from metal concentrates.

Using innovative sorting technologies, metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, and stainless steel are recovered with a high level of purity.

Job Responsibilities

As an Allround Logistic Worker, you will have a varied and active role ensuring that the production process runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing the stock of bins and big bags and ensuring sufficient availability of empty bins and other logistics equipment.
• Loading, unloading, transporting, and positioning goods, materials, bins, and big bags using a forklift.
• Monitoring inventory and material flows, and accurately registering goods movements, storage locations, and bin identification in the ERP system.
• Preparing, inspecting, exchanging, weighing, emptying, and checking bins for transport according to picking lists.
• Performing daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks, reporting any defects or operational issues.
• Supporting production by ensuring bins and big bags are exchanged on time and materials are available when needed.
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.

In addition to the base salary, you also get:

• Hourly Allowance: + €1.00 per hour (Total hourly wage: €15.99 gross per hour)
• Shift Allowance: + 15% shift allowance

The work takes place in a three-shift rotation

• • Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Please note that this is a working environment where dust is present. Appropriate dust masks and other necessary personal protective equipment are always provided.

Requirements

• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or production environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift (a forklift certificate is an advantage); works accurately with a strong eye for order and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work.
• Comfortable working with inventory administration and ERP systems.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious with technical insight, a practical mindset, and motivation to learn and develop (including progressing towards a machine operator role).
• Willing to share a room and accommodation with other tenants.
