The client is a market leader in atmospheric lighting providing millions of homes and business locations across Europe with lighting solutions through both physical and online channels.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Logistics Employee (day shift) in Hapert, you and your colleagues make sure the warehouse keeps running smoothly. No two days are the same:

• Using a handheld scanner and picking cart to collect orders throughout the warehouse.
• Packing goods, checking orders, and preparing them for shipment to various European destinations.
• Handling incoming goods, including unloading containers and ensuring new stock is processed correctly.
• Note: Tasks and hours can be flexibly discussed and adjusted if you are unable to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, or work full shifts.

Employees will be working the day shift from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

During the weekends, the shifts are the following:

• • Saturday: 14:00 – 22:00 (September through April)
  • Sunday: 12:30 – 23:30 or 14:30 – 23:30

In addition to the gross hourly wage, workers will receive the following shift allowances:

• • 25% allowance for working on Saturdays.
  • 50% allowance for working on Sundays.

Requirements

• Experience: Basic logistics experience is sufficient (minimum 2 months of logistics experience);
• Certificates: Reach truck certificates can be arranged for you if needed.
• Work Ethic: You work accurately, pay attention to detail, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team environment.
