Willems Jachtbouw is specialized in the construction of high-quality aluminum superyachts. As a TIG Aluminum Welder/Fitter, you will be part of a skilled and professional team, working together with experienced and motivated colleagues on exclusive yacht-building projects.

As a TIG Aluminum Welder/Fitter, you will be responsible for welding and assembling aluminum components for luxury superyachts.

Your responsibilities include:

• TIG welding of aluminum components
• Tack welding and flat position welding on aluminum hulls
• Fitting and assembling aluminum constructions
• Cleaning and maintaining your workspace
• Working accurately according to quality standards

You will contribute directly to the construction of high-end aluminum yachts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience with TIG welding
• Experience working with aluminum
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Responsible and professional work attitude

Working Conditions

• Net salary: €625 per week
• Housing and health insurance included in the salary package
• If using a private car: €0.23 per km fuel compensation
