Our agency partner is looking for experienced assembly mechanics to join their team in Oisterwijk, the Netherlands! If you are looking for a new challenge abroad, this can be your opportunity!

The extensive range of attachments ensures that all tasks can be performed with a single machine. This makes GIANT machines usable throughout the year for various types of work.

In this role, your daily tasks include:

• Assembling parts into semi-finished and finished products
• Performing preventive, troubleshooting, and maintenance works on the machines, always in consultation with the Team Leader;
• Inspecting the the completed product before its presented for final control;
• Constant working along all the internally applicable norms regarding quality and efficiency, specifications, and planning;
• Using the digital instruction system daily;
• Reporting any deviations occurred in the assembly process;
• Daily administration of work done and parts, tools, and aids used;
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy.

The agency offers:

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime;
• Accommodation in single bedrooms (with own bathroom) in a TOB-Stay complex, or well-equipped shared houses;
• Company car and working clothes are provided, working shoes need to be brought by the employee and they can be refunded by the company;
• Possibility to get a direct contract with the company, in case of good performance;

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical, electricial or mechatronic engineering is mandatory;
• Relevant automotive (technician) experience is required;
• Vast knowledge with hydraulics is a big plus;
• Relevant diploma is a big plus;
• Willingness to enhance skills and commit to long-term employment;
• Proactive and cooperative attitude;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.

Allowances:

Shift allowance 113,3% Overtime first 2 hours 124,1% Overtime after 2 hours 141,3% Overtime Saturday 146,6% Overtime national holiday 182,8% Travel allowance in case of own car: 0,23EUR/km between accommodation and workplace
