We are looking for experienced CE truck drivers who want to earn excellent wages, enjoy stable, long-term employment, and work within a professional logistics environment.

Our client operates large-scale distribution center (DC-to-DC) transport for major supermarket chains such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo, ensuring reliable delivery of fresh goods throughout the Netherlands.

As a CE cat. Truck Driver for Distribution, you’ll be responsible for transporting fresh products between distribution centers (DCs) and occasionally to stores. The goods are transported on roll containers, and you’ll handle loading and unloading, basic documentation, and communication with planning via an on-board computer.

Your work schedule runs Monday through Sunday in compliance with transport regulations. A typical workday lasts 10–12 hours, starting between 05:00 and 12:00, and you’ll visit approximately 5–8 delivery addresses per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport fresh products between DCs and stores
• Load and unload roll containers
• Handle delivery documentation and report missing items
• Communicate with dispatch via the on-board computer
• Work according to safety and company procedures
• Maintain a professional and efficient driving standard

Flexibility is crucial – weekend work (especially Saturdays) is mandatory, and adherence to operational procedures is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a C/CE truck driver
• Valid C+E driving license, Code 95, and digital tachograph card
• Experience in supermarket/distribution transport – mandatory
• Experience driving in the Netherlands – mandatory
• Own transport (car) to commute to and from work
• Willingness to work weekends and during holidays (Christmas and New Year)
• Reliable, professional, and physically fit
• Strong familiarity with Dutch roads and distribution transport
• Availability for long-term employment

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly net pay: €700 – €800 (based on 50 hours)
• Hourly gross wage: €19.46 (depending on experience) + extras

Additional Pay

• Overtime: +30% per hour over 40h (Mon–Fri)
• Saturday: +50% per hour
• Sunday: +100% per hour
• Night hours (21:00–05:00): +19% per hour
• Coffee money: €0.80 net/hour for trips over 4 hours

Candidate Recruitment Process

• No online interview – client approves candidates based on profiles before arrival in the Netherlands
