Job Description

As a Packaging Employee, you are a vital part of our production line. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Packing & Stacking: Efficiently packing nutritional bars into boxes and stacking those boxes onto pallets for shipment.
• Quality Control: Monitoring product quality and reporting any minor malfunctions to ensure only the best products reach our customers.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in accordance with food safety (HACCP/BRC/IFS) standards.
• Support: Assisting the team during product switchovers and other essential tasks.

The salary for the role is €16.01 per hour (for ages 20+; includes €15.09 base + €0.92 ADV), with generous weekend rates and overtime (Overtime after hours hours is 140%, Saturdays are paid 135% and Holidays and Sundays 200%.

This is long-term work with a minimum stay of 4 months with work in small, friendly teams within a modern, temperature-controlled facility. Lastly, it's great for gaining experience in a high-standard food production environment.

The company operates with a flexible shift system to keep our production moving. You will work 36 hours per week in a 3, 4, or 5-shift rotation:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00 (Shift schedules are confirmed a few days in advance; weekend work is part of the rotation).

Requirements:

• An updated CV in English is mandatory to apply for the offer.

• Availability: Ready for long-term commitment (4+ months).
• Hygiene Standards: Because we produce food, you must be willing to work without jewelry, fake nails, or heavy makeup.

• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
