Our client, Geelen Beton Posterholt B.V., is looking to hire two production workers specialized in concrete floor construction. The company develops and manufactures high-quality concrete elements for various construction projects throughout the Netherlands.

Job Description:

The main task of the candidate will be assembling reinforced concrete structures (with a foam base) according to technical drawings. Other responsibilities include:

• Pouring concrete using machinery on the production line.
• Performing finishing tasks, such as trimming and smoothing edges.
• Keeping the production area clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

• No previous experience is required, but experience with physical labor is an advantage.
• Basic English level (B1), or knowledge of German or Dutch.
• At least one of the candidates must have a valid driving license. Drivers will receive a daily bonus of €2.50 for transporting colleagues.
• Availability for long-term employment.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system in the future.

The salary for this position is €14.95 per hour, with full-time work (40 hours/week) in a positive working environment.
