Our client is a specialized metalworking company known for high-precision CNC turning and milling operations. Since 1996, they have served industries such as dredging, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, offshore, and oil & gas by designing, producing, and testing custom-made valve components. Their focus is on delivering hard-to-find, high-quality parts in small series or single units, often under tight deadlines. Their reputation is built on technical excellence and adaptability.

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for the precise machining of complex components, primarily for the dredging, offshore, and industrial sectors. Your tasks include:

• Operating CNC milling machines (Mazak and Heidenhain controls)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and sketches
• Selecting and setting up the correct tools and machines
• Programming and adjusting machine settings
• Producing prototypes and small series with high accuracy
• Inspecting and maintaining machinery and finished products
• Deburring, grinding, and quality checking completed work
• Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent output

Job Requirements

• Completed Secondary Technical education
• Solid experience in CNC milling (Mazak experience prefferred) – at least 2 years
• Skilled in setting up and operating machines
• Experience in CNC programming
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings independently
• Team player with a proactive and quality-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €550 – €620 net per week (based on 40 hours)
