For our client, we are looking for room service employees to join their team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands!

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a dynamic role in an international hotel with 100+ employees? We are seeking a room service employee to provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner;
• Take orders over the phone and ensure accuracy in order preparation;
• Set up and clear room service trays efficiently;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas;
• Provide guests with menu recommendations and accommodate special requests;
• Handle payments and ensure correct billing for orders;
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
• Collaborate with kitchen and front desk teams for smooth service;
• Other related tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €16.80 gross per hour. This is a long-term and full-time job position with shifts including night hours from 23:00 to 07:00.

Requirements

• CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Previous experience in waitering, room service, or hotel hospitality;
• Reference letter/call is mandatory
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Physically capable of standing and carrying trays for extended periods;
• Flexible with working schedule;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
