As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production processes involving the mixing, filling, inoculating, and processing of raw materials. You will ensure product quality, maintain hygiene standards, and support the smooth operation of the production department.

Your Responsibilities

• Mixing, filling, and processing raw materials
• Monitoring production processes and identifying irregularities
• Taking samples and performing quality measurements
• Conducting basic maintenance tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment
• Performing quality checks and following production procedures
• Working independently while taking responsibility for production results

Requirements

• Experience in a production environment (stable, at least 2 years)
• Technical insight and affinity with production processes
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Flexible and solution-oriented attitude
• Dutch language skills would be considered as an advantage
• Forklift certificate is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
• Willingness to follow internal training programs

Work Schedule

• 3-shift system:
  • Morning shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Night shift
• Occasional weekend shifts
