Our trusted agency partner is looking for experienced CE truck drivers to join their team in Uden, the Netherlands!

Do you like to be in contact with people a lot during work? You can't sit still, do you like to move and do you like situations in which your steering skills are put to the test? Then our vacancy for store distribution driver is something for you! In this position you deliver goods to various Albert Heijn locations. Upon arrival at the location, hand the goods to the store staff. You make nice contacts with the various store employees every day.

Start your day between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM from our Distribution Center in Nieuw Bergen. You'll handle 1–2 trips daily, delivering food supplies to multiple branches, keeping your work dynamic and engaging with constantly changing destinations. Using rolling containers, you'll unload goods via the tailgate and bring back packaging materials. Your workday typically ends between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on your start time, providing a healthy balance with shifts averaging 10–12 hours daily.

Your daily tasks include:

• Taking national routes, transporting food cargo;
• Loading/unloading the truck using an electric pallet truck (EPT);
• Keeping close contact with clients;
• Full compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• CV in English with previous experience is required to apply for this position;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a distribution CE truck driver;
• Valid Code 95 is mandatory;
• Ready to move and load/unload heavy goods on a daily basis;
• Ready to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay in The Netherlands for a long period of time.

Onboarding:

Candidates need to be prepared to take a driving test upon their arrival, and be assessed by their:

• Driving skills and behavior;
• Communication;
• Punctuality;
• Cooperation with the planning department.

If the agency experiences the test as positive, the candidate will be scheduled for the Client to practice on the truck with an experienced driver. Together they will perform activities such as:

• Link truck to dock
• Change trailer
• Truck Driving Skills

If this practice day is experienced as positive by the candidate and the experienced driver as well, the employee will start the process of onboarding as a truck driver at VSDV.

The agency offers:

• 40-55 working hours/week (shifts are negotiable!);
• Salary:
  • Netto for 40 hours 575-675€
  • Netto for 55 hours 675-875€
• Single bedrooms in well-equipped shared houses;
• Working shoes can be provided (for an additional 30 EUR cost). Workers need to bring their own working clothes;
• With good performance, a possibility to get in direct contract with the company.
