Join Edeka Nord’s warehouse operations team as a warehouse worker, working in a freezer environment at -23°C. With a valid forklift license, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

Job Description:

• Operating forklifts to move and stack goods within deep-freeze storage areas.
• Picking, packing, loading/unloading goods.
• Working efficiently in low-temperature conditions with protective clothing provided.
• Ensuring safe, hygienic, and accurate handling of food products.

Note that the salary for the job is €15.23 gross/hour and takes place in a freezer warehouse (-23°C). This is a full-time work arrangement and candidates must possess valid forklift licenses.

Requirements:

• Valid Germany or EU forklift license and prior experience operating forklifts.
• Physically fit and able to work in cold temperatures for extended periods (protective clothing provided).
• Basic communication skills in English (minimum A2 level).
• Able to follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Willing to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, stacking, and moving pallets.
