The company is a global leader in the production of fans and electric motors, headquartered in Mulfingen, Baden-Württemberg, employing tens of thousands worldwide in state-of-the-art facilities.

Positions & Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Picking: Collect, assemble, and consolidate orders efficiently using handheld scanners, pick lists, or voice-picking systems to ensure timely dispatch.
• Forklift & Material Handling: Operate reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet trucks (EPT), and other warehouse machinery safely and proficiently to transport, stack, and retrieve goods across high-rack storage areas.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load outgoing trucks and unload incoming shipping containers, verifying that goods match delivery notes and checking for any transport damages.
• Inventory Control & Verification: Conduct regular stock counts, verify item codes and quantities, and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately to the warehouse supervisor.
• Goods Receipt & Put-Away: Receive incoming merchandise, scan items into the warehouse management system (WMS), and place materials into their designated storage locations.
• Packaging & Preparation: Wrap, band, label, and stage pallets securely to guarantee that shipments meet transport safety and quality guidelines.

Workers will be working in a 2-shift system with the following hours:

• • Early Shift: 05:00 – 13:30
  • Late Shift: 13:30 – 22:00

This role offers a legal employment contract under German law with full social insurance included.

Comprehensive on-the-job training provided by shift supervisors, team leaders, and foremen.

General Requirements

• Language: Minimum German level A2 OR native/fluent knowledge of Romanian.
• Experience & Skills: Experience in industrial production or related trades is an advantage (vocational training in metalworking, electrical work, or similar is a plus but not mandatory). Strong attention to detail, concentration, and physical fitness are required.
