A major distribution center handling a wide range of goods, including branded clothing, footwear (Reebok accessories excluded from wear at work), and infant supplies is looking

to expand its warehouse team, and is looking for reliable individuals with mandatory prior logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities

As warehouse workers, the new employees main duties will be:

• Order picking using a scanner.
• Packing, unpacking, counting, and sorting goods.
• Processing returns.
• Loading and unloading goods.

The base salary for this role is €14.40, but the total hourly rate (incl. Holiday Allowance & Days) reaches €17.17. Those employees driving the company car will receive an additional €2.50/day (max. €12.50/week).

Apart from that, there are additional shift bonuses:

• Overtime (above 40 hours/week) is paid at +30%.

Attaining a forklift certificate is free of charge, organized by the employer based on demand. Holiday allowances are paid weekly or once a year (May), or accumulated and paid out within 8 weeks after the end of cooperation. The first salary payment is in the second week of work (no advance payments).

Working Hours

• Work is typically single-shift, two-shift, or sometimes three-shift, depending on the department.
• Example shifts: 06:00–15:00, 15:00–00:00, 24:00–06:00 (Returns dept: 07:00–16:00).
• Important Note: All new employees must be prepared to work during the Christmas (including New Year’s) and Easter periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in logistics warehouses.
• Responsibility and high motivation to work.
• A clean criminal record certificate is required (ideally upon arrival, latest within 4 weeks).
• Experience driving forklifts is an advantage (training available)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• IMPORTANT: Workers are not allowed to wear Reebok clothes/shoes/accessories at work.
• All new employees going to Wessem/Roermond must work during Christmas (including New Year’s) and Easter.
