Are you looking for a dynamic role in the automotive sector? Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join a dedicated team as a Monteur (Tire Fitter).

Role Overview

As a Production Worker/Monteur, your primary focus will be seasonal tire changes, specifically transitioning vehicles from winter tires to summer tires.

Note: Certified training is provided for selected candidates. The training lasts 2 days and may be extended up to 4 days if needed. Please note that training days are unpaid; however, participants receive a certified qualification that is also valid outside of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tire Services: Operate specialized tools and collaborate with colleagues to change car tires.
• Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on various tire types.
• Safety & Maintenance: Strict adherence to safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers professionally, making strong communication skills essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of €14.95 gross per hour and a stable schedule with fixed working hours 08:00 to 17:00 (8 AM – 5 PM), Monday through Friday. The total workload is 38 hours per week, and employees can start with a 2-month initial contract.

In addition to this, employees get a 8.33% Holiday Allowance and 10.92% Reserved Vacation Hours, with certified training on site.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Physical Aptitude: Candidates must be physically fit and capable of handling the manual demands of tire fitting.
• Experience: While 1 year of proven experience in a related field is preferred, professional maturity and an invested mindset are key.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
